Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in SEO

• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Good knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and content optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Research
Identify potential clients across industries (Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Corporates, etc.)
Research businesses to understand their current use of digital signages and customer engagement solutions
Build and maintain client databases for outreach and cold calling
2. On-Ground Market Visits
Visit stores, hospitals, colleges, restaurants, hotels and more to observe their existing digital display setups
Understand gaps and opportunities where Sparsa’s solutions can help
Collect relevant contact details of decision-makers for follow-ups
3. Marketing Support
Assist the sales & marketing team in identifying the right pitch for different sectors
Support in basic reporting, documentation, and daily activity updates
Coordinate with the team for cold calling and campaign execution
