Is there a joining fee?

No. There is no fee to join the Sparsa Partner Program.

Do I receive training?

Yes — both sales and technical training are included as part of onboarding.

Can I sell nationwide?

Yes. Sparsa’s deployment and servicing network covers India, so you can sell anywhere.

Will Sparsa support proposals?

Yes. Our team helps with proposal support, presentations, and demo access.

Can I earn recurring revenue?

Yes — through CMS subscriptions, AMC, and ongoing services.

How soon can I get started?

Typically within a few business days after your application is approved.

Do you offer exclusivity or customer protection?

Yes. Once you bring in a client or opportunity, it’s mapped and protected under your partnership — Sparsa won’t approach that account directly or through another partner. Territory and account-level exclusivity can also be discussed for select partnership models.

Do you provide free samples or demo kits?

Free samples are not provided. Demo kits are available at minimal prices, and a demo license for the CMS is provided free of cost.

Is any upfront investment required from partners?

Limited investments are required for platform white labels & demo units; however, if a minimum volume is committed, it can be done at no cost.

What does your support mechanism look like?

FAQs are available 24×7. WhatsApp support runs 16 hours/day, 365 days a year (30-min TAT); email support runs the same hours (2-hr TAT); call support with remote access is available 16 hours/day, 365 days a year (4-hr TAT, via call-back request).
